About Us

Mr. Baskaran is the senior most member of the firm. He carries more than Forty years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Labor Laws and General Laws. He retired as the Assistant General Manager of TATA Group, and through his experience and knowledge now provides the backbone for the entire Firm of Baskaran Associates. He manages the firm’s advisory and finances.

Advocate Surayana has completed her law from Saveetha school of law, Saveetha university. Having been enrolled with the bar council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. She has represented before district courts and the Madras High Court, apart from various tribunals. She has been experienced in litigation, especially civil matters and Intellectual Property Rights matters.

Adv. Anshuman is an Associate Partner (Litigation). He currently handles and heads the Litigation team of the firm. He is polyglottic Lawyer specialised in all forms of Litigation and Dispute resolution. He is a Post graduate in Business Law from the Prestigious ILS Law College, Pune and an alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. He is a Commerce graduate from University of Lucknow also Diploma holder in Alternate Dispute resolution System. He is enrolled as an Advocate at The Bar council of Maharashtra & Goa. As an Advocate, he has advised/represented Individuals, Proprietors, MNCs, Banks and Other Corporate entities before different Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Body across the country on matters concerning Negotiable Instruments Act, SARFAESI Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Consumer Law, Family Laws and Other Civil & Criminal Laws. Along with Advocacy he is also a guest lecturer and speaker at many educational institutions.

Shubham is a young advocate who completed his Bachelors of Arts in Political Sciences from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, his Law from Bharti Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune and his Masters in Law from Indian Law Society's Law College (ILS), Pune. He is enrolled with The Bar Council of New Delhi and is now practicing at the High Court, lower courts, and tribunals in New Delhi. His areas of practice include Civil Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency and Bankruptcy dispute, Cheque Bouncing disputes and Dispute Resolution.

Apurva is a young advocate who has graduated from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES). He is enrolled with The Bar Council of West Bengal and is now practicing at The High Court of Calcutta; lower courts, and tribunals of West Bengal. His areas of practice include Civil Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency and Bankruptcy dispute, Cheque Bouncing disputes and Dispute Resolution.

Uttakarsh has completed his law from Bharti Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune. He specializes in all forms of Intellectual Property Due Diligence, Research, Drafting, Client Management, and Litigation. He has specialized experience in the field of Trademarks and Copyrights. Furthermore, he is specialized in the field of Corporate Laws, Company Laws and Business Laws. He is also well versed in the field of Cyber Laws and Technology Laws. As added responsibilities, he manages the firm’s Interns, Associates and Management. He is Multi- Lingual and a quick action taker. He is well known for acquiring multiple Trademarks in Hearings and Court Cases.

Adv. Resham has completed her law from the prestigious ILS Law College, Pune and her Masters in International Intellectual Property Law from Brunel University London. Currently, she looks into matter related to Trademarks, Copyrights research and drafting. She has further researched and specialised in field of fashion industry and the laws related to it.

Adv. Kushagra has completed his law from Bharti Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune. He specializes in all legal Due Diligence, Research, Drafting, Client Management, and Litigation. He has specialized experience in the field of Trademarks and Sports Laws. Furthermore, he is specialized in the field of Corporate Laws, Company Laws and Business Laws.

Adv. Shruti has completed her Law from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune. She specialises in all types of Intellectual Property Rights research, drafting and Client management. She is multilingual and is excellent in client management. She is well-known for handling major clients in and around Pune and has been the reason for closing major clients.

Adv. Mohit has completed his Law from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune and completed his Masters in Law in Innovation, Technology & Intellectual Property Rights from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Mohit is a multi-lingual specialising in all types of Intellectual Property Laws research, drafting & client management. He has further researched and specialised in the Field of Sports and Laws related to it.
